Ask your till anything
Ask your till anything
Your sales data answers questions all day — if you can write SQL. Ask Kauzio lets you type the question the way you would say it out loud: what sold best last week, which day is dying, should I worry about Tuesday? Plain English in, straight answer out.

Every owner has questions that die before they get answered. Not the big strategic ones — the small, sharp, Tuesday-afternoon ones. Did the new dessert actually sell or did it just feel busy? Which product is quietly dying on the middle shelf? What was my best week this quarter and what was different about it? Is Sunday growing or am I imagining it?
The data to answer every one of those questions is sitting in your till. Getting it out used to mean exports, spreadsheets, and an evening you did not have. So the questions die, and decisions get made on feel.
Type it like you would say it
Ask Kauzio is a chat box connected to your actual sales data. You type the question in plain English. It answers with your numbers — named products, real figures, the comparison you actually asked for.
The part that matters: it only answers from your data. If the answer is not in the numbers, it says so. It will not pad, guess, or invent a statistic to seem helpful. We built it this way because one made-up number destroys a year of trust — in software and in people.
What owners actually ask
From our own usage and test accounts — shops and restaurants alike — the pattern is clear. The most valuable questions are comparative: this week against last, this site against that one, before the price change against after. Second most valuable: the worry checks — is X dying, should I be concerned about Y. The answer is frequently no, and a fast no is worth money, because worry has a cost even when nothing is wrong.
Where it goes next
Answers can flow straight into action: ask about a slump, and Kauzio can hand the finding to the Scenario Planner or put the decision in front of your board. The question-to-decision distance keeps shrinking.
It is in your sidebar as Ask Kauzio. First question to try: what should I be worried about? The answer is grounded in your data, and it is usually shorter than your worry list.
