HMAC-signed audit log
Every decision event, data access, and approval action is logged and signed. Any attempt to alter the log breaks the signature and is immediately detectable.
Approval workflows
Configure approval rules: decisions above a certain risk score, value threshold, or reversibility level can be required to pass through a named approver before proceeding.
Role-based access control
Control who can submit decisions, who can view financial data, and who can override sleep locks. Roles are configurable per user and audited.
GDPR-supporting workflows
Data portability, erasure requests, and processing restriction endpoints are built in. Kauzio supports your organisation's GDPR obligations without custom development.

Is this available on all plans?
Basic audit logging is available from Starter. Approval workflows and advanced RBAC are available on Scale and Enterprise plans.
Can I export the audit log?
Yes. The full audit log is exportable from Settings > Audit Log. Enterprise plans include automated export to a SIEM or S3 bucket.
Is Kauzio itself UK GDPR compliant?
Yes. Kauzio is registered with the UK ICO (Reg. C1940670), operates under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and has right-of-access, erasure, restriction and objection endpoints live in the product.
